1. DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. But there are some benefits of having an account with us:

2. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) and PayPal payments.


3. HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?

When you shop online with your credit card, all of your information is entered on an SSL-secured website. Your details are then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

 

 

 

4. ARE THERE ANY EXCHANGE RATES?

All of our transactions are settled in US Dollars. If your credit card is denominated in a different currency, the total amount of your order will be charged at the daily exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

 

 

 

5. HOW DO I SET MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Because our website and service are based in English, all information you enter must be entered in English, including punctuation. If certain letters in your address contain non-English letters, we recommend using the similar English letters instead. For example, you can enter the letter "?" change to "c".

 

 

 

6. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER ORDERING?

Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been processed or shipped. We ask that you change your shipping address to your home address instead of your holiday address as we do not know how long destination customs will hold the package.

 

 

 

7. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE AND HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

The delivery time depends on the shipping method you have chosen. Once the order has shipped, we will email you your tracking number and tracking website. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs authority in your country.
